Is SimpleDate a dating service? We like to think of ourselves as an introduction service. We are a great way to meet other professional singles. If you date from there it is totally up to you.		What type of people can you expect to meet? People just like you. With busy schedules, and huge career demands this is a quick and simple way to meet new people. How often do you go out and have the chance to meet 20 people in one night?
Can I have more than one match? You can potentially be a match with all 20 people you "date." If you indicate on your reply card you would like to contact all 20 people, and they do the same, you have just made 20 matches. (Wow, will your dating life ever be busy!!)		How old will my "dates" be? You will notice that we run events for a variety of age groups. Your dates will be somewhere in the age range stated for the event you are interested in.
Should I come alone or with friends? It's totally up to you. We aim to make the night as comfortable as possible for you, so if you feel better coming with some friends great. Just keep in mind, that this is not a spectator sport, only people registered for the event can attend.		What happens if an event is full? The events fill up fast, but we are running more all the time. Put your name on our waiting list, and we can notify you of any cancellations, or book you when the next event date is released.
What if I have to cancel? To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 10 days, prior to the event. If you cancel 7 days prior to an event you will receive a credit for another event. The success of the event relies solely on attendance so we need to know well in advance if we should notify those on our waiting list. There will be no refund or credits for notice less than 7 days in advance.		What should I wear? Be comfortable these are casual events, but for the professional individual. Often people come directly from work, but if you do have a chance to change wear something that makes you feel good.
How will I know what to talk about? We will give each table a suggested topic of conversation. If you feel stumped talk about that. Otherwise you are free to discuss anything you like. Our only rules are that you do not exchange addresses, telephone numbers, or place of business.		When will I hear back about any potential matches? You will receive an email from one of our staff two days after the event. We will then let you know your matches, and supply you with their email address.
How long does the event last? Most events last just over 2 hours. After that you are free to stay and mingle if you would like. This is a great way to meet those who you did not have the chance to "date."		What time do the events start? Events start at 7pm sharp. There is a lot of dating to be done, so don’t be late! We suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to sign-in.
