SimpleDate is not a matchmaking service and participant acknowledges that SimpleDate does not screen participants registering for its program. SimpleDate is not liable for any damages or loss, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of registration or participation in any event hosted by SimpleDate. This includes but is not limited to any damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in each event varies and SimpleDate shall not be held liable if there are less than 20 participants at the said event.
